United provides you with great meal courses all around and with great selection that you can choose from. Usually, a meal features a salad, an entree, bread, and a small snack, like ice cream. The passengers get stainless steel silverware, cloth napkins, and glassware made of actual glass. Meals can be preorder if you're traveling in a premium cabin, a feature which is available between five days and 24 hours before the flight.
